What is your delivery time?
Standard models ship quickly from stock. For site-specific configurations production takes about 2–3 weeks on average; we share an exact date at the quote stage.
Do you make custom sizes and configurations?
Yes. We configure the turnstile type, sink and disinfection units together to your staff flow, door width and hygiene protocol.
What are your warranty and service terms?
We offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty and spare-part support on all products. As we build in-house, there is no middleman for service and parts.
Do you provide installation and commissioning?
We provide shipping, installation and commissioning across Türkiye from our Pendik facility, and share water and power connection details in advance.
