PERSONNEL HYGIENE IN ONE LINE
DSE is a hygiene turnstile that ties hand disinfection to controlled access at the production-area entrance without a footbath or washbasin. The dual-hand sensor disinfection unit detects both hands at once and sprays disinfectant contactlessly; the three-arm electric turnstile does not release until both hands are detected. The 5 L disinfectant canister sits protected in the lower compartment of the body.
Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel in our own workshop, DSE is wall- or floor-mounted and ordered with the passage direction that matches the facility flow. Its 70 × 80 × 145 cm dimensions, 220–240 V supply and water connection are reviewed together with headcount, corridor width and disinfectant-refill access before quotation. The optional HP8050 hygiene mat adds sole disinfection to the same passage.

Access-control and time-attendance integration A dry-contact input connects card, fingerprint or face-recognition readers and time-attendance systems to the turnstile, so each completed hygiene pass is logged.

MAINTENANCE AND CONSUMABLES
The stainless body is wiped with a chloride-free cleaner, reservoirs are refilled before they run empty, and the sensors and turnstile mechanism are checked periodically. Frequency increases with the soil load.

DSE is a hygiene turnstile that combines a dual-hand sensor disinfection unit with a three-arm electric turnstile in one AISI 304 body. The turnstile does not release until both hands are detected and disinfected; it has no footbath or washbasin.
The standard delivery covers a dual-tank, dual-sensor hand disinfectant dispenser with a 5 L canister, a three-arm electric turnstile and wall or floor mounting preparation. The HP8050 hygiene mat is optional.
It is considered for entrances in pharmaceutical and cosmetics, fruit and vegetable, food-processing and catering facilities where hand washing takes place elsewhere and hand disinfection needs to be tied to controlled access. Final suitability depends on personnel flow, space and the facility procedure.
The unit requires a 220–240 V 50/60 Hz power supply and a water connection, and is wall- or floor-mounted. The mounting surface, connection points and disinfectant-refill access for the 70 × 80 × 145 cm unit are confirmed in the pre-order technical review.
HGE adds a matted disinfectant footbath to the DSE functions and is floor-mounted; DSS is a wall-mounted dual-hand disinfection unit without a turnstile. Choose DSE or HGE when controlled access is required, and DSS when hand disinfection alone is enough.
DSE is delivered with a 2-year manufacturer warranty, the warranty certificate and the user manual. Spare parts and service come from our workshop in Pendik, with packaged shipping across Türkiye and to export markets.

Yes. The dry-contact input on the control system integrates with card readers, fingerprint or face recognition and time-attendance (PDKS) systems, so each completed hygiene pass is logged. The integration is planned during the pre-order technical review.
Liquid (non-gel) alcohol-based or quaternary-ammonium industrial hand disinfectants are suitable for the spray nozzles. Gel products can block the nozzles. The contact time on the product label is taken into account when setting the passage cycle.
The hygiene station is built to match the staff pass-through direction.
