PERSONNEL HYGIENE IN ONE LINE
HGS-EB is a complete hygiene station for controlled personnel entry into clean production areas. It combines motorized sole cleaning, a disinfectant footbath, a sensor-operated industrial hand washbasin, HEPA-filtered high-speed hand drying, dual-hand disinfection, PPE dispensing and turnstile-controlled access in one system.
Entirely manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, the HGS-EB hygiene station allows water, soap, sole-cleaning and hand-disinfection cycle times and access logic to be configured for the facility procedure. It can be configured for personnel entrances in meat and poultry, dairy, seafood, food-processing and industrial-kitchen facilities.
HGS-EB is manufactured at our company in Pendik, İstanbul, under the manufacturing discipline we have kept under our own brand since 2012. The 2-year manufacturer warranty, spare parts and service are provided directly by Umran Makine. Free passage on power failure When the power fails the turnstile arms are released and the evacuation direction is never blocked; locked behaviour is available on request.
Modular body, easy to relocate The washbasin, sole-cleaning, turnstile modules separate so the unit passes through a standard 80 cm doorway and can be relocated within the facility.
Tool-free brush replacement The roller brushes are removed and refitted without tools, so daily cleaning and consumable replacement take minutes.
Access-control and time-attendance integration A dry-contact input connects card, fingerprint or face-recognition readers and time-attendance systems to the turnstile, so each completed hygiene pass is logged.

MAINTENANCE AND CONSUMABLES
The stainless body is wiped with a chloride-free cleaner, reservoirs are refilled before they run empty, and the sensors and turnstile mechanism are checked periodically. Frequency increases with the soil load.

HGS-EB is a complete personnel hygiene station manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, combining sole cleaning and disinfection, touchless hand washing and drying, hand disinfection, PPE dispensing and turnstile-controlled access.
The station includes two motorized sole brushes, a disinfectant footbath, a moisture-absorbing mat, sensor-operated washbasin and soap dispenser, a HEPA-filtered high-speed hand dryer, dual-hand disinfection unit, PPE dispensers and an electric turnstile.
It can be considered for meat and poultry, dairy, seafood, food-processing and packaging, and industrial-kitchen entrances. Final suitability depends on soil load, personnel flow, available space and the facility hygiene procedure.
The station requires a 380–400 V 50/60 Hz power supply and a water connection rated at 3 bar, maximum 50°C and 14 L/min. Placement and connection points are confirmed during the pre-order technical review.
Motorized brushes mechanically remove visible and organic soil from the sole; the footbath then applies disinfectant to the cleaned surface. Cleaning and disinfection perform different jobs, and HGS-EB combines both in one line.
When the power fails the turnstile arms are released (fail-safe) and the evacuation direction is never blocked. If the facility procedure requires locked behaviour, a fail-secure configuration is prepared on request.
Yes. The dry-contact input on the control system integrates with card readers, fingerprint or face recognition and time-attendance (PDKS) systems, so each completed hygiene pass is logged. The integration is planned during the pre-order technical review.
Liquid (non-gel) alcohol-based or quaternary-ammonium industrial hand disinfectants are suitable for the spray nozzles. Gel products can block the nozzles. The contact time on the product label is taken into account when setting the passage cycle.
The body and components are washable AISI 304 stainless steel, and the control cabinet and electrical components are rated IP65. Daily cleaning uses low-pressure water and a stainless-steel surface cleaner; high-pressure jets are not aimed directly at the sensors or the cabinet door.
The hygiene station is built to match the staff pass-through direction.
