PERSONNEL HYGIENE IN ONE LINE

HGE-S: PPE dispensing and hand-and-footwear disinfection

HGE-S brings PPE preparation, hand disinfection and sole disinfection together at a controlled personnel entrance. Two separate upper PPE compartments and one wide lower compartment operate alongside dual-hand sensor disinfection, a matted disinfectant footbath and a three-arm electric turnstile.

Entirely manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, the 95 × 95 × 150 cm body is designed for compact entrance points that do not require a washbasin. Corridor width, passage direction, electrical and water connections, and disinfectant-refill access are reviewed before ordering.

HGE-S is manufactured at our company in Pendik, İstanbul, under the manufacturing discipline we have kept under our own brand since 2012. The 2-year manufacturer warranty, spare parts and service are provided directly by Umran Makine. 2+1 PPE dispenser

Two separate upper compartments and one wide lower compartment organize hairnets, masks, gloves and similar protective equipment at the entrance.

Design and safety features

  • Hygienic design to HACCP principles Washable seamless surfaces, a body without dead spaces and an enforced step sequence; the personnel entrance can be documented as a control point in the HACCP plan.

  • Free passage on power failure When the power fails the turnstile arms are released and the evacuation direction is never blocked; locked behaviour is available on request.

  • Modular body, easy to relocate The footbath, turnstile modules separate so the unit passes through a standard 80 cm doorway and can be relocated within the facility.

  • Easy refilling and cleaning Disinfectant and soap reservoirs are replaced behind a locked panel; washable surfaces keep daily cleaning to minutes.

  • Access-control and time-attendance integration A dry-contact input connects card, fingerprint or face-recognition readers and time-attendance systems to the turnstile, so each completed hygiene pass is logged.

MAINTENANCE AND CONSUMABLES

Years of the same performance with routine care

The stainless body is wiped with a chloride-free cleaner, reservoirs are refilled before they run empty, and the sensors and turnstile mechanism are checked periodically. Frequency increases with the soil load.

What is the HGE-S hygiene station?

HGE-S is a compact 95 cm AISI 304 stainless steel hygiene station combining a 2+1 PPE dispenser, dual-hand sensor disinfection, a matted disinfectant footbath and a three-arm electric turnstile.

Does HGE-S include a washbasin?

No. HGE-S does not include a hand washbasin; its hand-hygiene function is the dual-hand sensor disinfection unit. Other HGE models should be evaluated when a washbasin is required.

How are the PPE compartments arranged?

The PPE module has two separate upper dispensing compartments and one wide lower compartment. Hairnets, masks, gloves and similar equipment are arranged according to the facility procedure.

How is sole disinfection provided?

Footwear and boot soles contact disinfectant while crossing the textured blue mat inside the stainless steel footbath. Disinfectant selection and replacement frequency follow the facility hygiene procedure.

What utilities are required for HGE-S installation?

HGE-S uses a 220–240 V 50/60 Hz electrical supply. Water, drainage, placement and connection points are confirmed during the pre-order technical review for the corridor and facility procedure.

What happens to the HGE-S turnstile if the power fails?

When the power fails the turnstile arms are released (fail-safe) and the evacuation direction is never blocked. If the facility procedure requires locked behaviour, a fail-secure configuration is prepared on request.

Can HGE-S be integrated with card readers or a time-attendance system?

Yes. The dry-contact input on the control system integrates with card readers, fingerprint or face recognition and time-attendance (PDKS) systems, so each completed hygiene pass is logged. The integration is planned during the pre-order technical review.

Which hand disinfectant should be used with HGE-S?

Liquid (non-gel) alcohol-based or quaternary-ammonium industrial hand disinfectants are suitable for the spray nozzles. Gel products can block the nozzles. The contact time on the product label is taken into account when setting the passage cycle.

Can HGE-S be pressure-washed?

The body and components are washable AISI 304 stainless steel, and the control cabinet and electrical components are rated IP65. Daily cleaning uses low-pressure water and a stainless-steel surface cleaner; high-pressure jets are not aimed directly at the sensors or the cabinet door.
