HGE: matted footbath and dual-hand disinfection
HGE is a footbath hygiene station that combines hand and sole disinfection with controlled access at personnel entrances that do not require a washbasin. A matted disinfectant footbath, a dual-hand sensor disinfection unit and a three-arm electric turnstile are arranged on one line in the smallest 70 cm body in the range; the turnstile does not release until both hands have been disinfected.
Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel in our own workshop, HGE is ordered with the entry direction that matches the facility flow. Its 70 × 92 × 150 cm dimensions, 220–240 V supply and water connection are reviewed together with headcount, corridor width and disinfectant-refill access before quotation. Height-adjustable feet make it easy to level the unit on an uneven floor, and the 5 L disinfectant canister sits protected inside the body.
The 2-year manufacturer warranty, spare parts and service are provided directly from our workshop in Pendik. The technical sheet PDF can be downloaded from this page, and units ship packaged across Türkiye and to export markets.

The electric tripod turnstile releases passage once the hand-disinfection step is complete.

MAINTENANCE AND CONSUMABLES
Years of the same performance with routine care
The stainless body is wiped with a chloride-free cleaner, reservoirs are refilled before they run empty, and the sensors and turnstile mechanism are checked periodically. Frequency increases with the soil load.

What happens to the HGE turnstile if the power fails? +
When the power fails the turnstile arms are released (fail-safe) and the evacuation direction is never blocked. If the facility procedure requires locked behaviour, a fail-secure configuration is prepared on request.
Can HGE be integrated with card readers or a time-attendance system? +
Yes. The dry-contact input on the control system integrates with card readers, fingerprint or face recognition and time-attendance (PDKS) systems, so each completed hygiene pass is logged. The integration is planned during the pre-order technical review.
Which hand disinfectant should be used with HGE? +
Liquid (non-gel) alcohol-based or quaternary-ammonium industrial hand disinfectants are suitable for the spray nozzles. Gel products can block the nozzles. The contact time on the product label is taken into account when setting the passage cycle.
