PERSONNEL HYGIENE IN ONE LINE
HGE-M1 is a footbath and washbasin hygiene station that brings sole disinfection, touchless hand washing and hand disinfection together in a compact 140 cm body at the entrance to a clean production area. A grated disinfectant footbath, a moisture-absorbing mat, a sensor-operated washbasin and soap dispenser, a Z-fold paper-towel dispenser with waste bin, a dual-hand disinfection unit and a three-arm electric turnstile are arranged on one line.
Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel in our own workshop, HGE-M1 is ordered with a left-to-right or right-to-left passage direction to match the facility flow. Its 140 × 100 × 150 cm dimensions, 220–240 V supply and 3 bar, 7 l/min water connection are reviewed together with headcount, corridor width and service access before quotation. Height-adjustable feet make it easy to level the unit on an uneven floor.

MAINTENANCE AND CONSUMABLES
The stainless body is wiped with a chloride-free cleaner, reservoirs are refilled before they run empty, and the sensors and turnstile mechanism are checked periodically. Frequency increases with the soil load.

It is considered for compact personnel entrances in dairy, food processing, fruit and vegetable and catering facilities that want a footbath and washbasin without PPE dispensers. Final suitability depends on personnel flow, space and the facility procedure.
The unit requires a 220–240 V 50/60 Hz power supply and a water connection rated at 3 bar, maximum 50°C and 7 l/min. Placement and connection points for the 140 × 100 × 150 cm footprint are confirmed in the pre-order technical review.
HGE-M1 offers a grated footbath, a moisture mat and a sensor soap dispenser with a 5 L canister in a 140 cm body; HGE-M targets narrower corridors with a matted footbath and a manual 1 L soap dispenser in a 120 cm body. If PPE dispensers are needed, HGE-L is the model to consider.

Yes. The dry-contact input on the control system integrates with card readers, fingerprint or face recognition and time-attendance (PDKS) systems, so each completed hygiene pass is logged. The integration is planned during the pre-order technical review.
Liquid (non-gel) alcohol-based or quaternary-ammonium industrial hand disinfectants are suitable for the spray nozzles. Gel products can block the nozzles. The contact time on the product label is taken into account when setting the passage cycle.
The hygiene station is built to match the staff pass-through direction.
