Mechanical or electromechanical
The standard mechanical turnstile needs no power; the electromechanical option offers controlled release on a 220–240 V supply.
Three-arm mechanical or electromechanical AISI 304 turnstile for controlled one-way passage; wall- and/or floor-mountable.
PERSONNEL HYGIENE IN ONE LINE
TRN is a three-arm one-way turnstile that ties personnel flow to a single direction at the end of a hygiene line or at the exit of a production area. The standard mechanical model needs no power; the electromechanical option runs on a 220–240 V supply. The 70 × 80 × 110 cm body is wall- and/or floor-mounted and is placed on the exit side of the line to stop hygiene stations being used in the reverse direction.
Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel in our own workshop, TRN is ordered with the free passage direction that matches the facility flow. The mounting surface, corridor width and headcount are reviewed together before quotation; the optional HP8050 hygiene mat adds sole disinfection to the exit passage. The washable stainless body gives a long service life in wet, frequently cleaned areas.
The 2-year manufacturer warranty, spare parts and service are provided directly from our workshop in Pendik. The technical sheet PDF can be downloaded from this page, and units ship packaged across Türkiye and to export markets.
INTEGRATED FUNCTIONS
Each module addresses a distinct personnel-entry hygiene need. Passage logic and facility integration are confirmed before ordering.
The standard mechanical turnstile needs no power; the electromechanical option offers controlled release on a 220–240 V supply.
Mounts to the wall and/or floor at existing corridors and exit points in a 70 × 80 cm footprint.
The TRN body and components are made from AISI 304 stainless steel; washable, corrosion- and chemical-resistant.
Design, manufacturing, spare parts and service come from our workshop in Pendik; every unit carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Hygienic design to HACCP principles Washable seamless surfaces, a body without dead spaces and an enforced step sequence; the personnel entrance can be documented as a control point in the HACCP plan.
Power-independent mechanical passage The mechanical turnstile works without electricity; on the electromechanical option the arms are released when the power fails.
Modular body, easy to relocate The compact body passes through a standard 80 cm doorway; it is anchored to the floor and can be relocated when needed.
Low-maintenance mechanism The stainless three-arm mechanism needs no maintenance beyond lubrication; the arms can be removed and replaced individually.
Electromechanical access-control option On the electromechanical option a dry-contact input connects card readers and time-attendance systems to the turnstile.

STANDARDS AND AUDITS
Umran hygiene stations form the standard personnel-entrance control point required in HACCP, BRCGS, IFS and ISO 22000 certification. Standard names and logos belong to their respective bodies.
Hygienic design to HACCP principles: The product design takes the applicable ISO, CE and HACCP requirements into account.
Read the guideThe warranty certificate is recorded in our system together with the product documentation.
The user manual is included in the delivery documentation.
Meets the personnel-hygiene requirements of BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 (4.8.4, 7.2.2, 8.4.1), IFS Food v8 (§3.2) and ISO 22000:2018 / ISO 22002-1:2025 (clause 13) on one line; the entrance becomes a documented control point in the audit.

Since 2012 design, welding, assembly and service have taken place at our own company, today in Pendik, İstanbul. No intermediaries: the team that designs the product also builds and services it.
Our equipment is installed in food, dairy, meat and poultry, confectionery, packaging, agriculture, public-sector and industrial-kitchen facilities. See the reference list. See our references
Body and components are made from washable, corrosion- and chemical-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel; 4 product families and 29 models share the same material discipline.
Passage direction follows the facility flow; on models with a control system, cycle times and access modes (entry only, closed return, bidirectional) are adjustable.
Every unit ships with its warranty certificate and user manual, manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
Spare parts and service come from our own workshop; packaged shipping to all of Türkiye and to Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East, the Gulf, the Caucasus, Central Asia and North Africa. See our references
APPLICATIONS
Model suitability is determined by considering soil load, shift density, available space and the facility hygiene procedure together.
For meat and poultry plants where one-way personnel flow between soiled and clean areas is mandatory.
Explore the applicationFor preventing reverse use of the hygiene line at the exit of dairy processing areas.
Explore the applicationFor separating entry and exit flow at washing and packing lines.
Explore the applicationFor tying busy shift flow to a single direction at industrial kitchen exits.
Explore the applicationCONFIGURATION AND INSTALLATION
The correct layout depends on more than product dimensions. Personnel flow, approach space and facility connections are reviewed together.
Read the hygiene station maintenance guideTRN is ordered with the free passage direction that matches the facility flow; the arms block passage in the opposite direction.
Shift headcount and exit peaks are included in the layout review before quotation.
The 70 × 80 cm footprint and the wall and/or floor mounting surface are planned together with the corridor width.
The mechanical model needs no power; for the electromechanical option the 220–240 V 50/60 Hz supply point is confirmed before ordering.
MAINTENANCE AND CONSUMABLES
The stainless body is wiped with a chloride-free cleaner, reservoirs are refilled before they run empty, and the sensors and turnstile mechanism are checked periodically. Frequency increases with the soil load.
Maintenance and cleaning guide| Daily | Wiping and rinsing the stainless surfaces |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Turnstile movement test |
| Monthly | Mechanism lubrication, connection and screw tightness, deep surface cleaning |
| 3–6 months | General check of the lock mechanism and electronics, manufacturer service if needed |

Last technical review:
TRN is a three-arm AISI 304 turnstile, wall- and/or floor-mounted, that ties personnel flow to a single direction at the end of a hygiene line or at a production-area exit. The standard model is mechanical; an electromechanical option is offered on a 220–240 V supply.
The standard delivery covers the three-arm mechanical turnstile with wall and/or floor mounting preparation. The electromechanical turnstile and the HP8050 hygiene mat are optional.
It is considered for hygiene-line exits, production-area exits and transitions between soiled and clean areas in meat and poultry, dairy, fruit and vegetable and catering facilities. Final suitability depends on personnel flow, space and the facility procedure.
The mechanical model needs no power or water connection and is wall- and/or floor-mounted. For the electromechanical option, the 220–240 V 50/60 Hz supply point and the mounting surface for the 70 × 80 × 110 cm unit are confirmed in the pre-order technical review.
DSE adds a dual-hand sensor disinfection unit to the turnstile and ties hand disinfection to entry; TRN controls one-way passage only, without a disinfection unit. Choose DSE when a hygiene step is required at the entrance, and TRN when direction control at the exit is enough.
TRN is delivered with a 2-year manufacturer warranty, the warranty certificate and the user manual. Spare parts and service come from our workshop in Pendik, with packaged shipping across Türkiye and to export markets.
TRN physically enforces the passage direction; combined with a hand-disinfection unit (DSE or HGE) the personnel entrance becomes a documented control point in BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9, IFS Food v8 and ISO 22002-1:2025 audits.
Approx. 15–20 people/min in mechanical passage; because TRN includes no hygiene step, capacity is set only by personnel flow.
Standard production is AISI 304 stainless steel, which withstands the washing chemicals used in food plants. For high-chloride or saline environments (seafood, brine) an AISI 316 option is quoted per project.
The hygiene station is built to match the staff pass-through direction.
