HGE-L: grated footbath, sink and PPE dispensers
HGE-L is a footbath and washbasin hygiene station that brings sole disinfection, touchless hand washing, hand disinfection and PPE preparation together in a single 180 cm body at the entrance to a clean production area. A grated disinfectant footbath, moisture-absorbing mats at entry and exit, a sensor-operated washbasin, a Z-fold paper-towel dispenser, a dual-hand disinfection unit, 3+1 PPE compartments and a three-arm electric turnstile operate on the same line.
Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel in our own workshop, HGE-L is ordered with a left-to-right or right-to-left passage direction to match the facility flow. Its 180 × 100 × 150 cm dimensions, 220–240 V supply and 3 bar, 7 l/min water connection are reviewed together with headcount, corridor width and service access before quotation. Height-adjustable feet make it easy to level the unit on an uneven floor.
The 2-year manufacturer warranty, spare parts and service are provided directly from our workshop in Pendik. The technical sheet PDF can be downloaded from this page, and units ship packaged across Türkiye and to export markets.

HGE-LINTEGRATED HYGIENE LINE
Sensor-operated soap dispenser
The soap pump doses liquid soap under sensor control from a 5 L soap-canister compartment.
Standardises soap dosing and reduces how often consumables are changed.
Z-fold paper towel dispenser
The 400-sheet Z-fold paper towel dispenser sits beside the washbasin for drying hands after washing.
Keeps hand-drying consumables organised and accessible at the washbasin line.
20 L waste bin
A 20 L stainless waste bin for used paper towels is integrated into the washbasin line.
Removes the need for a separate bin at the entrance.
3+1 PPE dispensers
Three upper compartments and one wide lower compartment keep hairnets, overshoes, masks and gloves organised at the entrance.
Keeps PPE preparation on the hygiene line instead of at a separate point.
Dual-hand disinfection unit
Sensors in the two hand ports trigger a pump fed from a 5 L disinfectant canister for contactless spraying.
Places hand disinfection immediately before turnstile-controlled access.
Three-arm electric turnstile
The electric tripod turnstile releases passage once the hand-disinfection step is complete.
Ensures the hygiene steps are completed before entry.
Grated disinfectant footbath
The grated footbath brings footwear and boot soles into contact with disinfectant during the passage.
Makes sole disinfection a step of the passage that cannot be skipped.
Moisture-absorbing mats at entry and exit
Blue mats on both sides of the footbath absorb excess liquid from the sole surface in either passage direction.
Limits the carry-over of disinfectant into the clean area in both directions.

MAINTENANCE AND CONSUMABLES
Years of the same performance with routine care
The stainless body is wiped with a chloride-free cleaner, reservoirs are refilled before they run empty, and the sensors and turnstile mechanism are checked periodically. Frequency increases with the soil load.

Yes. The dry-contact input on the control system integrates with card readers, fingerprint or face recognition and time-attendance (PDKS) systems, so each completed hygiene pass is logged. The integration is planned during the pre-order technical review.
Which hand disinfectant should be used with HGE-L? +
Liquid (non-gel) alcohol-based or quaternary-ammonium industrial hand disinfectants are suitable for the spray nozzles. Gel products can block the nozzles. The contact time on the product label is taken into account when setting the passage cycle.
