PERSONNEL HYGIENE IN ONE LINE
DSE-B is a sole cleaning hygiene station that combines motorized sole brushing while walking with hand disinfection and turnstile-controlled access at the entrance to a clean production area, without a washbasin. Two entry-sensor-controlled industrial motorized roller brushes clean boot soles with a detergent or disinfectant pump as the user walks through; the three-arm electric turnstile does not release until the dual-hand sensor disinfection step is complete. Non-slip entry and exit steps support safe passage over the brush chamber.
Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel in our own workshop, DSE-B is ordered with a 400, 600 or 800 mm brush chamber for a total length of 150, 170 or 190 cm, and the passage direction follows the facility flow. Its 380–400 V supply and 3 bar, 7 l/min water connection are reviewed together with headcount, boot soil load and service access before quotation.

Free passage on power failure When the power fails the turnstile arms are released and the evacuation direction is never blocked; locked behaviour is available on request.
Modular body, easy to relocate The sole-cleaning, turnstile modules separate so the unit passes through a standard 80 cm doorway and can be relocated within the facility.
Tool-free brush replacement The roller brushes are removed and refitted without tools, so daily cleaning and consumable replacement take minutes.
Access-control and time-attendance integration A dry-contact input connects card, fingerprint or face-recognition readers and time-attendance systems to the turnstile, so each completed hygiene pass is logged.

MAINTENANCE AND CONSUMABLES
The stainless body is wiped with a chloride-free cleaner, reservoirs are refilled before they run empty, and the sensors and turnstile mechanism are checked periodically. Frequency increases with the soil load.

DSE-B is a sole cleaning hygiene station without a washbasin that combines sole brushing with two entry-sensor motorized roller brushes, dual-hand sensor disinfection and a three-arm electric turnstile in one AISI 304 body. It is offered with 400, 600 and 800 mm brush options.
The standard delivery covers the motorized sole-brushing system, a dual-tank, dual-sensor hand disinfectant dispenser with a 5 L canister, a three-arm electric turnstile, non-slip entry and exit steps and height-adjustable feet.
It is considered for entrances in meat and poultry, dairy, fruit and vegetable and food-processing facilities where boot-sole soil must be brushed off during the passage and hand washing takes place elsewhere. Final suitability depends on soil load, personnel flow, space and the facility procedure.
The unit requires a 380–400 V 50/60 Hz power supply and a water connection rated at 3 bar, maximum 50°C and 7 l/min. Placement and connection points for the 150, 170 or 190 × 100 × 175 cm footprint of the chosen brush length are confirmed in the pre-order technical review.
DSE-EB adds a sensor washbasin and paper towels to the brushing, disinfection and turnstile functions of DSE-B; DSE offers only dual-hand disinfection and a turnstile without brushes. Choose DSE-EB when hand washing is required at the entrance, and DSE-B when sole cleaning and hand disinfection are enough.

Yes. The dry-contact input on the control system integrates with card readers, fingerprint or face recognition and time-attendance (PDKS) systems, so each completed hygiene pass is logged. The integration is planned during the pre-order technical review.
Liquid (non-gel) alcohol-based or quaternary-ammonium industrial hand disinfectants are suitable for the spray nozzles. Gel products can block the nozzles. The contact time on the product label is taken into account when setting the passage cycle.
The hygiene station is built to match the staff pass-through direction.
