PERSONNEL HYGIENE IN ONE LINE
DSE-EB links sole and hand hygiene to a controlled personnel-entry sequence. Two motorized roller brushes, selectable in 400, 600 or 800 mm brushing lengths, operate in the same body as a sensor-controlled industrial washbasin, 5 L liquid-soap system, 400-capacity Z-fold paper-towel dispenser, dual-hand disinfection unit and electric turnstile.
Entirely manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, DSE-EB is 150, 170 or 190 cm long according to the selected brush length. Its 380–400 V electrical supply and 3 bar, 14 L/min water connection are reviewed together with corridor width, passage direction, drainage and service access before ordering.
DSE-EB is manufactured at our company in Pendik, İstanbul, under the manufacturing discipline we have kept under our own brand since 2012. The 2-year manufacturer warranty, spare parts and service are provided directly by Umran Makine. The technical sheet PDF can be downloaded from this page, and units ship packaged across Türkiye and to export markets.
INTEGRATED FUNCTIONS
Each module addresses a distinct personnel-entry hygiene need. Passage logic and facility integration are confirmed before ordering.
The sensor-operated twin chamber doses disinfectant contactlessly from a 5 L canister for both hands.
Creates a defined hygiene step that supports holding turnstile access until disinfection is complete.
The stainless steel dispenser holds 400 Z-fold paper towels for drying hands after washing.
Keeps hand-drying consumables organized and accessible at the washbasin line.
The sensor-operated dosing module above the washbasin works contactlessly with a pump and 5 L liquid-soap canister.
Reduces shared-surface contact during soap dosing.
The stainless steel three-arm electric turnstile manages personnel passage at the exit of the hygiene sequence.
Links personnel entry to controlled passage after the defined hygiene steps.
The stainless steel handrail extends along the passage to provide support during sole cleaning and movement through the station.
Helps personnel move more steadily across the brushes and moisture mat.
The stainless steel industrial hand washbasin provides touchless hand washing through sensor-controlled water flow.
Combines hand washing with sole cleaning and controlled access in the same line.
The 20 L stainless steel waste bin beside the washbasin collects used paper towels at the drying point.
Keeps paper-towel waste contained at a defined point in the hygiene line.
The blue moisture-absorbing mat removes excess moisture from footwear and boot soles after motorized brushing.
Helps limit the transfer of excess liquid beyond the sole-cleaning stage.
Two time-controlled industrial motorized roller brushes at the exit operate with 400/600/800 mm brushing-length options and a detergent or disinfectant pump.
Allows the brushing length to be selected for the facility soil load, footwear type and passage capacity.
Raised-pattern stainless steel entry and exit steps provide defined footing surfaces at the hygiene line.
Supports passage ergonomics at wet personnel entrances.Three brushing lengths adapt to different corridor and cleaning requirements through 150–190 cm product lengths.
Two horizontal roller brushes remove physical soil from footwear and boot soles through a timed cycle.
Hand washing, drying, disinfection, sole cleaning and turnstile-controlled access are organized in one line.
Model, passage direction, utility connections and service access are reviewed for the project with Umran Makine’s production team.
Hygienic design to HACCP principles Washable seamless surfaces, a body without dead spaces and an enforced step sequence; the personnel entrance can be documented as a control point in the HACCP plan.
Free passage on power failure When the power fails the turnstile arms are released and the evacuation direction is never blocked; locked behaviour is available on request.
Modular body, easy to relocate The washbasin, sole-cleaning, turnstile modules separate so the unit passes through a standard 80 cm doorway and can be relocated within the facility.
Tool-free brush replacement The roller brushes are removed and refitted without tools, so daily cleaning and consumable replacement take minutes.
Access-control and time-attendance integration A dry-contact input connects card, fingerprint or face-recognition readers and time-attendance systems to the turnstile, so each completed hygiene pass is logged.

Last technical review:
DSE-EB combines selectable-length motorized sole cleaning, sensor-operated hand washing, paper-towel drying, dual-hand disinfection and turnstile-controlled access in an AISI 304 stainless steel personnel hygiene line.
The models provide 400, 600 and 800 mm brushing lengths respectively. Their total product lengths are 150, 170 and 190 cm, while the core hand-hygiene and access functions remain within the same product family.
Two time-controlled industrial motorized roller brushes at the exit mechanically remove physical soil from footwear and boot soles with a detergent or disinfectant pump. A moisture-absorbing mat then removes excess liquid.
The station includes a sensor-operated industrial hand washbasin, 5 L liquid-soap dispenser, 400-capacity Z-fold paper-towel dispenser, 20 L waste bin and a dual-hand disinfection unit with a 5 L canister.
DSE-EB requires a 380–400 V 50/60 Hz electrical supply and a 3 bar, maximum 50°C, 14 L/min water connection. Model, placement, drainage and connection points are confirmed during the pre-order technical review.
When the power fails the turnstile arms are released (fail-safe) and the evacuation direction is never blocked. If the facility procedure requires locked behaviour, a fail-secure configuration is prepared on request.
Yes. The dry-contact input on the control system integrates with card readers, fingerprint or face recognition and time-attendance (PDKS) systems, so each completed hygiene pass is logged. The integration is planned during the pre-order technical review.
Liquid (non-gel) alcohol-based or quaternary-ammonium industrial hand disinfectants are suitable for the spray nozzles. Gel products can block the nozzles. The contact time on the product label is taken into account when setting the passage cycle.
The body and components are washable AISI 304 stainless steel, and the control cabinet and electrical components are rated IP65. Daily cleaning uses low-pressure water and a stainless-steel surface cleaner; high-pressure jets are not aimed directly at the sensors or the cabinet door.
The hygiene station is built to match the staff pass-through direction.
